30-Day Return Policy

At Haldens, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds: Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and applied to your original method of payment.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, such as:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale
